What do Jon Hamm and Jack Karuoak have in common?

That's pretty much me in a nutshell right now.  Mad to garden.  Mad-gardening. Madmen gardening. In case you don't know this terminology, this is getting that gorgeous Jon Hamm to get down and dirty......(in the GARDEN, ladies!  Please, let's keep our focus here) with you and plant all of those bulbs, dig all of those holes........or you could do all of that work yourself and he could just stand around and look good in your front yard; in which case, who needs all of those flowers and shrubs anyway?

You didn't know I was also a philosopher too, did you?

Like Jack K, I want everything at the same time.  New roof, new gutters, new windows, revitalized landscape, pumpkins, mums, pansies, kale, scarecrows.  Your basic turn-key transformation.       Oh, and lest you forget..............

Jon Hamm.   

(Oh my he's cute; on second thought maybe cute isn't the right word)


But sober.             And working in my garden.        And hot.

And sweaty.     Maybe enough to take his shirt off.  Or he could help the roofers.  They get VERY hot.  Like Jon Hamm.

Ummmmmm, where was I now?






OOh, yes.  My garden.  To distract me from the grave absence of Jon Hamm in  my front yard, I'll start thinking about what I'm going to do FIRST in the garden as soon as the maddening hoards of roofers and gutterers clear out. Why don't you help me.  Give me some ideas.  What would YOU do first if you were me?  Do tell.......and I'll share.

P.S.   These roofers aren't very happy about this rose on my studio roof.  I wonder why...........don't they think it's beautiful?
