Oh, Great Pumpkin, hear my plea. Give me the fortitude, tenacity, and toned gluts to make it through all of the yucky restorative and custodial gardening necessary to create a landscape befitting your arrival. Help me be patient with my overseeding, tolerant of high winds and unseasonal heat, mindful of residual nails and debris from re-roofing, and calm in the face of dead ground cover. Let your orange brilliance bring joy and autumnal grandeur to us all, and may your prices be reasonable and within my budget. (Cause I want a lot of them.)
